I HAVE INVESTED IN FORMINITES HOUSING SCHEME 10 YEAR BEFORE FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING HOUSE WHERE I CAN LIVE AND ENJOY MY LIFE BUT DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT I AM STRUCT IN IT.I HAVE VISITED LAST YEAR AND CANT SEE ANY DEVELOPMENT.
KINDLY ANYONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHEN THIS SOCIETY WILL LIVE FOR LIVING.

Rates of Formanites Housing Scheme going better during these days, if you have plot in possession area then you should sale out and buy file in DHA-9 or DHA-8 Z block, you may feel relax in future after selling in Formanites. otherwise if you do not want to sale then get demarcation of your plot and build your home because now all facilities are there. There is every thing OK except poor management. you know LDA approved area almost developed hopefully till to end of this month all development of LDA approved area may be finished because LDA warned to the management of Formanites to finish all development of approved area otherewise LDA will take over and after selling mortgage plots LDA will complete the rest development. With this action of LDA, transfer of plots will be banned till to unknown time. |

Thx for sharing but according to my knowledge there is nothing development.All development have been stopped and poor management begged for increasing developing charges.
people who got the procession after getting that procession they still begging for development charges |
