Only for crazy people like me :) I have set up a Lahore Metro Bus Service page & uploaded some pictures to give you basic idea of what is Metro bus its service route map etc. May be I am nuts but I like what I see in these pictures.

Enjoy it my friends & you dont even have to buy any DHA Lahore phase 9 if you dont like this page:) I wont mind but I will ask you in three years If you still like it or not? :) :)) ;))))

Does proposed price of 75lac or above is including development charges ?
What is the starting price of 5 and 10 marla? is it same like 1 kanal?
When balloting will happen ?

Please share thoughts.

Price estimate for one kanal plot is with development charges included and this price is for installment plots.


Cash plot always sell lower than installments plots. No guess what price they will sell 5 and 10 marla in installments.


Also cant say what price they will set for 4 & 8 marla commercial plots in installments. I see some commercial plots in partial incomplete DHA 9 map .

Few weeks back i bought 10 marla file phase 9 and intimation letter received by my father on my behalf and DHA told to collect allocation letter in person when i will visit pak. But strangely they did not ask for CVT or membership fee to deposit which i supposed they will ask.
Is there any change in procedure.

I think Lahore police and law enforcement agencies should utilize Lahore's divisions by canals, railway lines, ring road and now the metro bus. They should install camera's and quick response check posts at the choking points created by these divisions.

I think as few as 300 cameras at these choking points can considerably improve law and order in Lahore.
