Dear All,
pls. guide, is there any time period to start the constrctuion after approval of Drawing in DHA Lahore.i am planning to submit the drawing of my 1 kanal plot in DHA and after approval i will start the construction next year. Further, i contact with one architect and they are asking the following fees pls. guide if this is current market rate.
Full Detailed Drawing & design Services: 350,000/=
Project Managment: 700,000/= with out labor cost.
i request all experts pls. comment.

Dear All,
thanks for your reply, could you pls. also let me know, is only DHA approved architect is allowed to make the drawing or we can approach any architect in lahore to make it and get the approval from DHA.

Brother I am also in the middle of constructing a house in Pakistan and the information I collected is the architect fee ranges between 1 1/2 to 2.5%. Some will come to you and will ask upto 7%. Who got this money to give them, but for sure me not. |
