Hello All,
First of all i would like to appreciate the efforts of experts and other member who really are doing excellent job in providing information and sharing their experience and suggesting some good area for investment as well as building home.
I want to know about a society named "LDA AVENUE 1".In dec 2012 prices were really hire there due to procession in H block.Now i want to know current price rete there of 10 marla,1 kanal good location and medium location plots.
I also want to know is it good for investment and later on in future for making home.
Where you will see this society in next 2 years and what are pros and cons of this society and any other good investment for next 2 years and will be future of Lahore.

Hope for the best, Inshallah after two years the society will reach in sky high. Possession of H,F,blocks and consturion would start soon. In 1st phase they will handover the F& H Block. Rest block J,D,C,A will dliver after one year.

Invest in LDA Avenue 1 and get best value for your money. IK plot at 3.5m-4m compare with EME 9m-10m plus and same EME using saverage of LDA.
