your plot is around 73-74 ,don't sell ,hold if you can .theres an expected price rise of 3-5 lacs in a week time
as phase 9 price is static ,there are lot of buyers enquiring bout availibilty of plot in M block but no seller .
with the balloting date of phase 9 it will go upto 85 lacs .good luck |
