Bahria Town overall has appreciated by almost 30% in last 6 to 8 months and is still on rise. One dealer tells me that 10 Marlas plots in Phase 8 have almost appreciated 100% in last few months. It appears that real estate cycle has changed for good after a sluggish performance in last 7 years. Blue Chips like Bahria and DHA have taken the lead and others will soon follow the suit.

that place is not even 5% populated and look at the price!!i called a dealer and he was saying that the price is escalating by every hour, i have a plot there and its value is already more than double, i was hoping to buy another one but couldn't find any seller in the market willing to sell at lower price... |
