Can you please advise if I have a budget of 18 Lac Rupee. I am interested to buy 8 Marla Plot in Bahria or any reasonably developed and worth living Housing scheme. Which one should I opt for? Also I will be constructing a house with the same year.

The prices of plots in Bahria Town have increased drastically during last couple of months. I think that you can go for an on ground 5 Marla plot in Sector D of Bahria Town Lahore. I am afraid that your budget for an 8 Marla plot is not sufficient. |

Sir, I am not directly involved in sale purchase of plots so can not give the price of your plot. You may contact any three different property dealers in the area in this regard. It will give you some idea.
I can only guess that it should be or WORTH of Rs.23 Lac (price may be lesser or higher than this). |
