Dear Reader,
I have a total Budget of 45 Lac to buy a plot + Build a reasonably live able double portion house in any developed / worth living housing schemes in Lahore. I plan to look for Bahria Town, Park View Villa’s, Sukh Chyn etc.
Can someone please guide me which other societies should I also consider? What if I buy a well-constructed house within this budget? Where Can I look for?

buy 5 marla plot in bahria town Sector D or sectore E and enjoy all type of amenities .. price range 17 lacs to 22 lacs depend on location |

Buy 5 Marla plot in Bahria Town sector D and I think you can construct single story on it as as everything is very expensive (building material plus labour cost). Best of Luck |

Buy 10 marla in bahria town in 25-32 range plots. With rest money build 600-700 square feet area. Rest you can complete once u have more money. Or 5 marla can b made in bahria double portion and livable construction only |
