Kindly could you please elaborate as to why Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase 8 prices are sky rocketing atleast by 40% ? why this high jump in the last two months ? what is happening ... is it just a speculation or the buying activity has increased so much ?

almost 80% work complete .. balance also prices in sector E increased too much .. 1 kanal own in sector E start from 20 lacs - 50 lacs facing theme park . 10 marla iqbal & rafi 5-10 lacs depend on location . |
