Kindly could you please elaborate as to why the prices of plots in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase 8 is increasing by the hour ??? in the last two months the prices have increased by 40%....I need to understand the reasons behind this ?? is this increase is a mere speculation or the buying activity had increased by 40% for Bahria Town Phase 8 plots ???

in past 5 months: for 10 marla the jump is almost 100%, for 1 kanal jump is around 60%. Could be many reasons:
1. affordability.
2. construction activity.
3. functional school and hospital.
4. amenities. |

Value in F-5 for 1-kanal is around 27-28 lacs.
