Mr. Fasial u raised very relevant and important points. I think SCP has exposed itself and shed the myth that CJ hold high judicious rein. If they have to reject they have to reject on other grounds not as dual nationality. May I ask what the local citizens (ney teer mara hey) for the development of Pakistan, including that of Courts. Actually he could not judge their own remarks against dual natinaols that are even bound to shake the very foundations of Pakistan Imagin if extaripate stop remitting the money back to home as a revolt what will happen to Pakistan. Remember all the elite were educated either in cambridge or howarde. The case of Dr. Qadeer khan is there who left the dual nantionality and what he did for Patiskan every body knows.
The judge is eligible to be the election commissioner or its members as of those courts. The retirement age of ourcts judges is perhaps 65 year of age. Does the age of EC is 65. He is not legible for this post.
SC court and CJ at present is on the lowest edge. What this decision has damaged our judiciary is irreparable.
