bahria town is paradise for investor .. investore earned from bahria million and millions . but it depend upon you where you invest ( block , sector etc also main thing is timing . ) 20 month back Sector D was announced 1250000 on installment , bahria worked and delivered within a year and now there price is 18-22 lacs depend on location , what u want further. further also expected to rise the prices but slow . after 2 years u will see the 5 marla in bahria town 25-30 lacs . Sector D prices also stop because then Sector E was announced and investor go to there . also this was on installment and was easy for invester to play & cater the plot in sector E rather to pay lumpsum payment in sector D and take the plot . now still Sector E paying good profit 2-6 lacs and development work almost complete ..if your buying time is wrong then why you blame the bahria . Same now Sector F is launched and you will see as map come prices will go up and activity will start in sector F . also you see in Sector E 1 kanal plot selling on profit 20 lacs to 50 lacs depend on location .. also one thing note bahria prices still low either sectore A, B , C D E when you compare it with other good society . even this is number 1 society in pakistan . ahead wait and see what happannnnnnnnnnnnn |
