@asim . bahi market mein phase 7 ki files ki demand check krein or os ko phase 9 se compare krein. phr apny mouh pr khud chupair mar lena. logo ko galat guide krty ho just for ur sake.

Is it worth to buy 1K or 10M file of DHA Phase-8 (Z-Block)? What are short term and long term benefits of buying this file?

Dear Khalid,

The location of phase-8 Z-block is expected to be 2 km away from barki road and behind jallo park. If the location is as mentioned, then it will totally be an isolated block and at least 2-3 km away from rest of phase-8 (ex parkview).

If the developement of this block starts earlier than phase-9, then the prices will be on higher side, but phase-9 will be ahead in long term.
