DHA-5 M-block for short term and DHA-9 for long term.

If Divine Gardens can deliver on time as they say now in June 2013 then it is good opportunity for 5 and 10 marla built homes. Divine Gardens is close to Airport by Metro. The houses around Cantt area are selling higher than what Divine has asking rates. Once delivered the prices will go up. The low quality 10 marla homes in Askari 10 are being sold for 120K where as Divine 10 marla houses being offered for sale between 95K and 100K. This is just my opinion and other experts can pitch in...
