where was LDA when Bahria was doing the development? Why they didnt stop them at that time?

So who is playing this game? who is behind LDA?

It looks like a revenge of Bilawal House. Ppl. can expect this from the Ganja brothers.

this proves like other Govt institutes, LDA is also being used for some political reasons. I don't understand where the hell was LDA sleeping during the last 3-4 years when D was launched.
