$45 billion is huge huge amount. How easily people and media believe such things like WATER CAR and $45 billion foreign investment in real estate. BTW total cost of construction of BURJ KHALIFA is about $1.5 billion and it was completed in 2010. As a nation we must grow up no. For the time pathetic, pathetic and -----

Ahmed you are perfectly right. We should also thing, do our country's present circumstances allow to attract foreign investors? Instead situation is that our Pakistani investors are shifting to other countries.

mr ahmaed and khan saab,let me correct you burj alkhalifa total cost including downtown was 20 billon dollar back in 2010
this project took almost 6 year to complete.
you people actually diverting common people mind.u better stay away from bahria ,you are those people who discourage investment and it sounds like u r from some polictical party.
be neutral in ur thougts and opinion
dont distract common people

Mr. Wellwisher, please google to check construction cost of Burj Khalifa. I did not mean to hurt anyone but as a matter of fact on the basis of a mere MOU for mere technical assistance how can BT management propogate that $45 Billion investment is coming. For ur understanding,cost of construction of Burj Khalifa is $1.5 Billion means around 150 Billion PK Rupee or 15000 Crore PK Rupee or 1500000 Lakh PK Rupee. u can buy 15000 plots each of value 1 crore rupee or 1 lakh plots each of value 15 lakh with this amount.
