Do you have any update about the possession in Divine Gardens D block?
They have committed for Aug-12 then Nov-Dec 2012 and later on in Mar-13.
Progress was almost zero during the last 4-5 months of 2012 as they had some issues with their contractors / Architect .....(as i heard)

Dear Milo, I also have house in B Block, last week i called there they said within 6 months they are starting possession of D and E block. I said can u transfer my house in D block then he said you come in our office. |

I was told possession in E and D will be given in June 2013. I do not if Mr.CMY or LRE has any info. I was told one time that some UAE company has either bought or leased their GYM building and going to finish that project. Mr. CMY you had always said good things about Divine Gardens and also you visited few times and posted videos and pictures. Can you please give us some inside news that what is happening at Divine Gardens? why they are not giving possession. If you are busy can you please ask someone from your office to write some detail info regarding Divine Garden progress. Thanks in advance. |

Dear Beecham, the guys who were downloading videos and pics regularly they are quit now because project is too delay. My friend and me booked 10 Marla house and installment completed in march 2012, but still B block grey structure not ready and I heared that 2013is n ot possession year. |
