AOA and regards to CMY . CMY Bhai I want to purchase Phase 9 File 5 Marla immidiately but I am overseas , please guide . My brother will travel from Multan to purchase the file . Please ensure file is genuine and what is the total cost besides base price 13 Lakh .

The total Transfer Cost for phase 9 5 Marla is around 45000.If you are out of country, file can be transferred in your name As DHA has gave relaxation to buyer if He is out of country, can buy dha property. Your any blood relation or even your friend will present in DHA on your behalf. The Allotment letter will be given to you only when you will visit the DHA Office Physically.
