Location of phase 9 is much better than phase 7 so I would say you can match the today's price of Phase 9 10 Marla with phase 6 in 3 years time. Regarding Phase 7, it will always be less than Phase 9 10 Marla. If you want to testify above statement, please see the prices of DHA town 10 Marla and phase 7 10 Marla and you can see the difference.

Agree, but do you think that development of Phase 9 shall start in 3 years. As a track record of DHA, the development of phase 8 started after 3 years of balloting and the balotting of phase 9 is not yet done.

DHA-8 last installment( 3 YEAR PLAN ) is due march 2013 that mean development of DHA-8 started way before 3 years. Further history tell DHA is all time in process of collecting installments of one of his phase and now when DHA-8 installment plan is going to end in March 2013 the chances of DHA-9 balloting are even high, so that DHA can generate more money.
I believe DHA-9 balloting is due any time and maximum by June 2013, rest Allah knows better. |

Phase 7 was annonced in 2006. Till today possession is not given. If ballot of phase 9 is done in 2013, we should expect possession anytime beyond 2020. But possion of 7 is expected within a year or so and after that construction activity shall start. This activity shall wide the price gap between 7 and 9. |

It is an interesting fact. The distance between LUMS university in Phase 5 and DHA Raya Golf Club Office 'before' phase 7 is 8.5 KM. And distance between LUMS and liberty market is 9.25 KM. Anyone can check google map for that. What I am trying to say is phase 7 will not catch up with phase 9. It is my opinion. |

Aoa distance from lums not even one kilo meter because its right cross ring road. And mr.ksa there will be no plots facing Ganda Nala because that is all commercial I don't think dha is going there |
