Farooq Sahib, We are not even sure if we would be able to get next breath. Dha 9 is good investment so if we will not be alive, our kids or family can enjoy our investment!! You don't need to worry.

It is good for both short and long term investment. If balloting held in this year, it will immediately gain after ballot and will gain more upon start of construction. So it doesn't really matter when possession will be handed over if your main purpose is investment for good return.
