LRE Team . My uncle working in PAK ARMY . advising me to invest money in DHA 9. he says balloting is so near , it must be before June 2013. Comment Plz .

Dear, my relative who is an army officer told me that balloting is in march 2011 but since then there is no balloting in phase 9. These are just predictions. |

Balloting is taking in MAY or June. It was planned in March delayed little. |

It is my personal thought that everthing is perhaps ready from DHA side (Maps etc) for balloting but DHA cannot set the final date. Do NOT ask me who can? |

only DHA 9 have some scope in long term.
I have seen and posted this trend many a times in my old posts.
price appreciation is cyclic in Pakistan or anywhere else in world.
In Pakistan mostly the Bubble does not burst as we see in US or Dubai rather the price stands for long time 5 to 7 years.
Then price rises all of sudden now happened 2011 to 13
1. First DHA files and then plots gain.
2. Then other posh developed societies out side DHA usually takes upto one year to transfer heat
3. Then Built houses gain which takes another year or so
For vigilant observer there is ample time to catch the market if he is determined.
Now Maket is on stage #3 in Current cycle almost 9,10 ys cycle
2005 to 2011 was slump
2011 to 2013 was phase of gain and may continue one more year
