10 Marla residential Plot in DHA Rahbar,

Hi LRE,

I need a 10 Marla plot for building my house in DHA Rahbar phase 1. It does not have to be a corner or a prime location plot, just an average plot.

1. Can you kindly suggest the price range I should keep in mind, or do you have plots then kindly let me know.
2. Is it a safe investment to build a house in DHA rahbar.
3. I have to go block Q (near Bhatta chowk) daily, what are the approaches I can get and what is the status of southern ring road?
