Hello CMY,
As all of you, March is the month where we have to pay the last development charges of Phase 8. I'd like to address CMY & Other DHA Experts:
1) What's the future of DHA Phase 8 after final payment of Development charges. Will there be any further rise in Plot prices?
2) What's the future of Phase 8 "S Block". Do you think it's good to keep S Block plot or sell it & buy in some other phase.

Faisal sahib, koi bhi advise daynay kay liye tiyaar nahi, political situation is not clear, and moreover people are reluctent to advise before election and budget |

1-Prices are already at saturated level in Ph 8. Definitely there will be a positive impact, but only after completion of development work, at least 50%.
2- In short term, till the completion of development work, keep this plot as location of S block is very good. |
