I would like to request you to advise on the following concerns related to DHA phase 9, 10 Marla Files.
1-At the moment price is around 21.35 lac is that all we need to pay or any additional amount needs to pay as well under the development charges.
2-If develpoment charges need to pay what is the due date or what is payment plan for that.
3-what are the transfer charges excluding price of file i.e tax,LRE commission etc.
4-I am an overseas pakistani in this case is it possible to complete the whole process in 1 working day only(friday preffered).
5-how long it will take to become a plot from a file only.
6-How i would be able to know what is plot number(is it mentioned on the file itself) :pkf

Dear Sir,
1. You do have to pay development charges after ballot on quarterly installments other than price of file.The payment plan will be available by DHA after ballot.The total Transfer Cost for 10 marla file is Rs.74000/- The transfer will be completed in One day (friday preferred).All you need is to lock the deal before your arrival (at least three days). The transfer formalities will be completed at your arrival.You will get a plot & block against after ballot.
