The only solution left for the corrupt and incapable organizations, like LDA, CDA etc. is that these should be closed and new organizations with fresh staff be established. High Way Police is an example. Police Department, (like LDA/CDA)in our country is incureable. But the High Way Police is comparatively quite competent and free of corruption, to a great extent.
Therefore, the sooner we get rid of these filthy Departments (people) the better.
