DHA phase 5 M block,

Recently, I revisited the map of phase 5 Block M. They have changed the plot locations. Is it true ?

Can you please evaluate the price of phase 5 Block M plot number 77

Yes it is a new map on DHA Webseit.

A friend bought a corner plot on 70 feet road one month ago and paid about 4-5 lacs premium for the location. Now his plot is just an average plot at the middle of a street on a 40/50 feet road. He will be depressed when i tell him.

If you check my previous posts, I already predict that DHA have to change the map of M block to give access to whole phase 9, earlier map was too strange. New map is much better even I own a plot and it has gone to a bad location than earlier!!

what is this minor means here ? and what effect it can have on plot.

Ehsan Minor is a clean water distributory (you can say small canal), if your plot falls on it, it should be corner which is good and may have extra land as well. Road on both side of minor is 35 feet wide with 10 feed wide minor.

I think only plot no will be changed location remain same ,Plz experts share your expirience.

@Ehsan, sorry no idea about the price, just hold and see!!However, Due to it's location Phase 5 M block is one of the best investment for 1 to 1.5 years and will gain more once DHA phase 9 balloting will be done.

Better to hold and I hope DHA will not change the plot numbers now!!

@JJJ, why do u hope so that DHA will not change plot numbers. Why dont u think of people who bought good location plots but now have been moved to really ad location. Im one of those and I know few others.
