Dear friends,
We are selling our home on PT10, my brother's NIC is applied but due to Nadra's problem ID card is not coming. He has Passport and "bay form" . He also has slip for submission of ID application as well. I want to know that he still can transfer property with these documents?

How about expired ID it should bewith him as nadra do not take back. |

my brother is 19 years old. he only have "Bay form" and Passport made on "Bay Form" . so no expired ID card since not issued to him yet. |

Passport is supposed to be superior than NIC, in theory at least. But you will need NIC, nothing else... my thought. |
