I have a file in Phase 9, can some one advice me that should i hold it at the moment or sell it and add little more money and get a 1 Kanal plot around 53 lacs in Phase 7. Whats a better move in terms of profitability?

regardless of the market trend, buying in phase 7 is more secure than phase 9 and quicker to construct in future |

Thanks, my aim is only investment and not for house building. So is it still a good time to buy in Phase 9 and do you recommend to buy 5 marla or 10 marla files in phase 9 as well, if budget is less then kanal? |
