Dear Reader !
I have two plots ( 1 Kanal + 10 Marlas) in phase 7 /Y on and near Avenue 13. Keeping in view the expected date of posession of Phase 7, is it advisable to sell these plot and switch to Phase 6 which is construction ready phase or then otherwise I should wait for the posession dater announcment when the rates will change.
