Dear Friends,
I have purchased a plot in Bahria Town overseas Batch B, Lahore about 8 years ago. I have paid all the required installments against the plot. I have applied the possession of said plot but now the concerned personnel is not giving us the possession. He is dragging by giving us the lame excuses to bring the payment receipts etc...
Can anyone please share his experience? Please advise what do I need to do since I lost some of the payment receipts. But I do have the final invocie by Bahria Town Lahore stating that all the instalments have been paid off with no outstanding payments.
Please advise accordingly.

THERE IS NO PROBLEM IF YOU HAVE THIS STATEMENT FROM BAHRIA. YOU NEED TO VISIT THEIR GENERAL MANAGER AND DISCUSS. HE WILL HELP YOU. I HAD SAME ISSUE 2 YEARS BACK UPON POSSESSION AND LATER GOT IT.REGARDS |

Yes houses are being built now in ovserseas b. i am going to start my house at 1005 overseas b next month of april. |
