I want an estimate for construction of my 5 marla plot, double storey in Umar block Bahria Town. Please advice in respect of your valuable experiences.

If you are constructing you home yourself, then for a good A grade construction you should keep a minimum of Rs 1450/sqft in your mind. |

If you go for a reliable builder then just add 200 Rs to that figure, 1650 / sqft. And according to my experience the rate given by adeel bro is for A+ (luxury) construction. |
