If someone please explain to me the procedure of how to buy a piece of residential land in DHA Lahore, would be great

I see nothing wrong with Mr. Mohsin query, I wonder why sometime people response in such a manner, if LRE gets time they will answer, or if someone else familiar with procedure with process will respond. This is the point of having real estate open forms.

DEAR MR.MOHSIN,
Generally, once the deal get locked of buyer with seller at agreed terms and conditions, Buyer and Seller has to appear personally in the DHA Lahore Office before the authorized officer for the completion the transfer. Normally DHA Transfer Documentations takes 3 to 4 days.
Buyer has to pay all transfer cost and in case of any outstanding dues against property seller will clear/ pay before the transfer.If you want further detail regarding procedure do Call Me.
