Friends now you can see m block is a part of phase 9.Road coming from phase 9going into m block n phase 5main blvd.

You can also say whole phase 5 is part of Phase 9 if you wish as the Road is coming form Phase 5.

Brother NV, currently there is a price difference of 20 to 30 lacs between prices of phase 5 M plots and phase 9 (35+15) and this difference will always be there more or less. This difference in prices was only 5/6 lacs 2 years ago when both were files, so this investment proven to be best until now.
The same difference you can see in phase 6 and 7 prices even it's all a one area. I don't heart at all as I do own plot in Phase 9 as well.thanks
