DHA RAHBAR PH-1 & 2 Both are excellent housing societies,and are totally under under the management of DHA.
Only differences is DHA-PH-1 is much modren infrastructure wise, as well beauty. I am considering DHA RAHABR will be more valaueable than the DHA EME,as in coming goverment, the MAIN Defence road is going to be extended 160FT wide on both ends, from Riwind road, to Kahna End with overhaead longest bridge touching to Ferozpur Road, Also The very next project is to join the Khaybane-Jinnah, coming from Shiukat Khanum hospital, will be given access of 150FT wide road to DEfence Road, right upfront of the 2nd Gate of DHA RAhabar gate# 2 and and will further procees to Riwand, as 2nd alternate route to Riwiand as well. And at last DHA RAHABAR ON all four side sourrounded there is no village, as back is PH-11, LEFT North is Khayban-Emin, S.west is TIp, and West is Valincia , as East as well KEMC, So full secured.
Trust me, DHA RAHBAR is the awesome and brillint developed project.
