Normally trading of files in DHA phase 6 is very limited as seldom any file came in the market for sale. In current 10 marla file rate for D-Block is around 45 lacs depending on availability

Salman brother,
A dealer is telling me that he has a 10 marla file of phase 6 but its not written on it D block. but he is insisting that this will get in a D block. please put some light on it.
