If 1K plot in phase 7 has reached 92 lacs, then kindly change the value of One kanal plots in ur property rates from 55 to 85lacs per kanal to 55 to 92lacs. Thanks |

Many tycoons & maximum investors have invested their money in Ph - 8, therefore they want to earn maximum before the possession of Ph - 7. Therefore, the rates of Ph -8 are revised many times as compared to
Ph-7. The only justification is that Ph-8 is very close to ring road, although Phase -7 & 8 are co-located. Please think....???

we can not compare phase 7 and phase 8 on location basis! no doubt there is no match phase 8 takes lead in it.
why would one pay 92 for this worse location ? in phase 7 |

No doubt Phase 8 is located near the ring road but 115 lac for under development phase as compared to those DHA phases which have already developed is too much. Do U think people have BLACK MONEY to pay that much amount for a phase, which would take 5 to 6 years for complete development. I think the person would only be insane. Please think...?? |
