Divine Gardens Lahore,

Dear all,

I have a 10 Marla House in Divine Gardens Lahore booked 03 years back. The planned completion and handover was due this month March 2013 as per my booking but I think its only Grey Structure till now.
My family recieved the attached letter from Divine developer for the Design servies initiated by them without mentioning any additional cost at this stage, as the design service seems optional.

Can anyone/LRE please update on the status of this project as I am abroad and also any in-how about this design service (charges etc...) and if its worth it.

I visited the site last week and the work going on is extremely slow. dont know what is going on and no one seems to give an accurate timeline. We were told our house will be ready in march now then they told us june now someone at the site said it will be when the entire project is read which im sure will take years. it is all very frustrating and depressing

This interior decoration is optional and very expensive almost double than out side. My suggestion is don't go for any interior change except UPS wiring and after possession you can make interior as per ur requirem.
