Dear All respectable members,
I need your sugstion and solution about Power of Attorney document.
I have given a POA to a friend and now I want to cancel it but he is not available mean disapear. This POA covers full rights to buy or sale any property on my name. I dont have a copy of this document. Kindly help me how I can cancel it with out him? and what is the way? If some body has any good lawyer please refer to me.

One who has issued POA can cancel it. You are the owner unless attornee has already executed any agreements. Did you just gave general POA or it was specific to any one property. Please explain more for detail answer. which society and how was it obtained? |
