I did not pay the last 5 installements of development charges of Phase 8 one Kanal Plot.
What problem would i face other than surcharge?
What is surcharge rate of DHA?

No cancellation of plot…
DHA charge Rs. 230.00 per delayed day of each installment.
You can calculate the amount of each installment.
Pls. note that these delay charges will be paid at end. |

Naveed sb if 230 per delayed day then surcharge on installment due on 31st March 2012 will be more than instalment amount

Dear Sir,
DHA will charge 20 % per annum surcharge on each not paid installment. Do pay surcharge and installments as soon as possible to avoid further surcharges on each not paid installment. There is nothing other surcharge.
