It's very good plot on 80 Feet Road, hold your plot and don't sell at give away price (even less than 10 Marla price). As per new map, it is now clear that DHA is connecting M block with rest of Phase 5 via 100 feet main road and DHA must be holding some land on other side of 100 feet road towards Askari 11 which will increase overall price in M Block.
Right now no one can tell you correct price as it's too early after arrival of new map and I think it will not be less than 80 lacs.

@JJJ I have read your very enthusiastic comments on phase 5M block new map in last one week or so. Sorry to offend you but you are spreading news without any confirmation. I'm also M block holder and I contacted DHA to know about their relocation strategy. DHA informed they will re allot the plot numbers to those individuals having their plot at the same location in new map also however the individuals whom plots do not exist on same location (being hit by road or other new town planning) will be relocated. If you want to confirm you can call DHA planning department and check there.

@Mr Smir your plot was not a good location plot in previous map and no body will offer you 80 lac until situation is clear and most probably as i have written above as your previous location still exists in the map so DHA may allot you new plot number (166 in new map). therefore make your decision considering all the aspects. M block price will appreciate in coming year or so but your plot is not a prime location it will also rise but not as Mr. JJJ is predicting.

I am compltely agree with Mr Abdullaha i have checked with Dha officials conform that plots loc will not change only renumbering will be done.
for morw clarity wait for few days more
