Regards' CMY sahib.please if you can explain that ;1- p-715&720 are corner plots (attached with mosque,OHT,T/W area)so worth wise they are better as compare to previous map or not. ;2-in map p-715 is looking bigger than other plots. ;3-what is area lying between p block and LSE,AND this area is under pocession of dha or not.thanks in advance(please reply CMY sahib or LRE team)

Dear CMY,

Thank you for giving us an update on the Phase-7 latest map, can you please help me in understanding the area marked with horizontal lines in Z1 block near 585 Z1, as to what will happen in that area in future as there is a house already constructed there. What do you foresee will happen to this locality in future and its impact on surrounding plots.

@ Friends KSA,
Both P-715 and 720 are not corner one. Yes area wise P 715 is larger but after possession, access area will be counted above kanal. The area between p and LSE Do not belong to DHA currently but can be part of P block if DHA acquire that land in future. As plot is sided by boundary from one and OHT comm etc to other makes very below average location.

Dear Salman! Please can you elaborate the importance of the CCA areas in Phase 7. Will they be the important commercial areas. What will be value of residential plots around them ,low valued or high valued? Can you please assess the value of 312Q and 692Q which are at the opposite end of the commercial street in CCA1. Thanks a lot.
