Recently I sent the last installment of my 1 Kanal plot in Sector S of Phase-8 of DHA Lahore. I called DHA office to be reconfirm the amount. I came to know that I also need to pay 13,900 under gas/electric charges. DHA never sent any notice in writing for such payment. Please note that this amount was not a plenty for the delay payment. Can DHA impose charges without even informing us to pay? Seems unbelievable though.
