So this is not a property related Question. Can some living in UK please enlighten me.
My eldest brothers lives in UK and was given UK Residency/Nationality almost 8 months before. My father who is 60 years and Mother about 53 years old planning to shift UK and stay with Bhai.
Just wondering how much time will it requires for them to move UK. What documentations are needed?
How much time will require obtaining Nationality for them? I think my elder brother is applying for Multiple Visa for them.
Will be awaiting for kind reply.

Well
your parents have to live with them on visit visas. Until they are of age 65 and can stay with your brother

As far I know, they can only stay up to 6 months maximum on visit visa and the only way old age parents can live with UK National if parents or your brother can prove there is nobody in Pakistan to look after them or else, parent(s) have to exit/leave UK before end of 6 months continueous stay and enter again to live another 6 months regardless they have 10 years multiple entry visa.
I presume your brother in UK would know much about this already as there are plenty of Desi Solicitors who has been dealing these kinds of cases. |

As far as I know ur Brother need to demonstrate that He is living in uk as british national. He can accomodate and support his parents with public fundings. There is no one in pakistan to lookafter them financially and physically.And he has been sending them money on regular basis that shows that they are entirely dependent on him. Good luck Sister |
