A good plot in Ph. 8 is worth 120-125 lacs whereas bad plots are worth 60-65 lacs. How is that possible that one kanal is better that two plots of 1 kanal each within 5 km range.
Can anybody explain this.

W, T sectors are core of PH8. Others have villages and un-allocated pockets, which make them less attractive and hence less in price. See the map to realise this. |
