Please give us future outlook about DHA 5 M block keeping in view the following price trend in DHA 5:

DHA Lahore Phase 5 Plots Available (Construction Ready) 5 Marla= 38 To 48, 10 Marla= 75 To 95, 1 Kanal= 100 To 180, 2k = 250 To 400 Lacs
DHA Lahore Phase 5 M Block Plots (Development Started) 1 Kanal= 67 To 75 Lacs

will be diffrent htan existing phase 5 ,it may go up to 80-85 maximum due to bad town planing of this phase.

I think due to its location near to Phase 9 which is biggest phase of DHA. Its price would be at par with phase 5 in four five years
