2ndly, what is update regarding development. Is road facing this plot under construction or still not? I saw on Google the roads shaped up on the other side facing plots 3900 and 4000 but not facing this plot.

Dear mr.Farooq,
The current market value of Y 3768 is around 34 to 35 Lacs.The development is going there cant tell you about the road right now.
