I fail to understand why some of viewers wanted DHA-9 file should remain low, rather they wanted it should return to 2011 i.e under 15 lac. They should understand DHA-9 is a part of Defense Housing Authority and on prime location. Ring road and then metro bus has further enhanced the value of it.
One day when DHA all phases will get developed, being LATEST DHA-9 will be high in demand and it is just matter of time. If you are investor or need a house after 5 to 7 years it is even better you will not be having any pressure to build home.
A file or plot in DHA-9 is like renting a house on rent and there is NO wear and tear but compulsory saving in shape of acceleration in price.
I strongly recommend DHA-9 file if you are a real estate investor because there is NO more time left now and in few days time DHA-9 will reach to a level from where the increase will get on lower or normal pace. Sooner you decide better it is.
