Wow! Phase 9 file seems to be increasing at over Rs.30,000 per day. Is ballotting near? Will be consolidate at 40 lacs or keep on going till ballotting?

Look at the price of M Block DHA-5. dha-9 It is twin of M Block and most probably price range of DHA-9 will remain close to it. That mean still a lot to come. Stay calm and enjoy. |

All files / categories of DHA 9 files have same potentials to rise but now 5 marla in mkt are more but buyers are short that's why.once the supply short n demand more than rate would be up like 10 marla / kanal.
