M.Adeel is from Bahria agent in every debate he insist peoples to purchase Bahria F But after few criticsm from few sides he just add DHA 9 to become neutral but even his above options out of 6, 5 are related to bahria.

Adeel bhai; why BT sector E is last choice; and why you prefer Sector F than Sector E; where Sector F; no one know the location yet.

if u want to go for short term investment like 4 to 5 month then go for bahria home as its short investment at the moment and u have to pay installment after every two month,by investing 16 to 20 lakh ,u can earn 2 to 3 lakh in 4 to 5 month.i ll soon clear u status of jinnah block,give me 2 days i ll get back to you.

phase9 indeed is good investment but it will take very long time.peolpe here are making thukas of balloting date eventhough no one knows the exact date,these rumours are creating only immediate gain which is not good for market,as we have seen file crisis back in 2005.
bahria secor f 10 marla investment is in installment mode and balloting of sec f is in next month.1 knal plot is in short numbers,investors and genuine buyers are increasing day by day.1 kanal plot will turn into excellent investment for all type of peolpe u will come to know soon.if i wont be exaggerating then it will definitely gain by 10 to 15 lakh next year or may be more.you should visit bahria town and judge by yourself.

THOSE PEOLPE WHO EARNED MONEY THROUGH HARD WORK, AND THROUGH PROPER MEAN SHOULD GO FOR ON GROUND PLOT,CUZ YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN MARKET MAKE U TURN,ITS ALSO A FACT FILE WILL GAIN IN UPCOMING DAYS BUT NO ONE KNOWS HOW MUCH IT WILL GAIN,IF YOU PEOPLE WANT TO TAKE A RISK THEN GO AHEAD AND MAKE SOME PROFIT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE BALLOT,PLAY SAFE.

Actually, investment in land/file depends upon priority of the buyer. If some one needs to construct house in near future he must buy on ground plot but if some one wants to have long term investment, I believe DHA file is the best option.
