For this budget you may go and visit Sukh Chyan or Bahria. You may get a plot of 10 marlas in about half the budget amount and spend the other half on construction. May be in two phases. Good Luck. |

70-80 lacs house- Bahria is the option.
70-80 lacs for plot- many options but I suggest DHA and/or EME. |

if anyone has one kanal plot for 70 lacs in EME, please contact me (by commenting back). i will buy it today. People here dont see the budget and start giving comments. A good plot will not be less than 1 corore. I know it becasue i am currently saving for that. |

EME is question mark on value for money basis. With 7m budget, Sukh Chyan 10 marla is one of best option as suggested by brother Khan. |
